Create New Tournament
Default is 100%. The Playing Handicap is rounded to the nearest whole number and is used everywhere handicap affects scoring. Example: HCP 18 at 80% = Playing HCP 14.
In 2 vs 2, each team's lower net score on the hole is compared against the other team's lower net score.
For Gross, Net and Stableford team events, the best selected number of player scores count. The current Stableford + Match Play format continues to use Best 8.
Golf courses are maintained by the App Owner / Master Admin. Tournament admins can select a course but cannot edit its Par or Stroke Index.
Default is 1234. Every unique group link will use this same password.

Fourball tee plan
Two consecutive 2-player scoring groups play together as one physical fourball: Groups 1+2, 3+4, 5+6, etc. Fourballs are randomly and evenly split between Tee 1 and Tee 10. Both tees start at the selected first time; the next fourball on the same tee starts 8 minutes later by default.

Choose Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Semi-final or Final first. The same player may appear again on a later day/round. Pairing starts with the closest Playing Handicap: ±0, then ±1, ±2, ±3 and continues one stroke at a time through ±8 and beyond only if required to complete all possible two-player matches. A single golfer is created only when the two teams have different player counts.

Before generating the draw: mark any golfer who is not playing in the selected Day / Round as Unavailable. The player stays in the master player list and remains available on other days.

DISABLEDPlayer scoring links are disabled until Admin starts scoring.
Reset All keeps players, teams, draws, group links and passwords intact. It clears score entries, manual match points and final-submission status, and pauses player scoring for safety.
Scoring Link Passwords
Default common password is 1234.
When Common is selected, saving applies the common password to all existing scoring groups and to all new groups. When Separate is selected, new groups receive separate passwords.
